Pass Key started as a Drive-In when Frank and John Pagano purchased the original Pass Key Drive-In from Uncle Sam and Aunt Theresa Pagano in 1952. Success has come from proven recipes that have been satisfying the Southern Colorado palettes for over 60 years!
Pueblo is a unique place. At one point Pueblo was the #1 employer of people in Colorado, with the CFI Steel Plant a John D. Rockefeller based company, with a rich history of employing a variety of immigrants from Italians to Slavic based heritages, that creates a unique mixture of Old World Style that exist's to this day. From the Mountain Mafia, Steel City, Home of Heroes, and now the NCAA National D2 Football Champion CSU Pueblo. Pueblo has flavor!

In 2000 the Pagano Family opened the newest Pueblo location of four (4), here in Pueblo West, the upscale area of Pueblo County, landscaped by the Rocky Mountains, PKPW brings a fresh new building and atmosphere to a proven menu offering its own unique lineup of Pass Key Italian Sausage Sandwiches® (PKISS). Over the last 63 years, this historical Italian Sausage Sandwich has been know to be requested by people all over the United States by express mail. Our sandwich is known to be the first thing eaten by people visiting from out of town.
In addition to the historical and classic PKISS we offer a full menu of Burgers, Slopper's, Patty Melts, Appetizers, Soups and Salads, Cannoli, Rigatoni... we have a full menu of pasta dishes, done with Alfredo sauce or our special 62+ year old special "Old Lucca Style Italian Marinara Sauce" with the option of homemade meatballs.

Love this place. . . I live in Denver but when I get to Pueblo this is a must stop! You all should open one in Denver.
